On July 2014 , I had a bad headache for more than a week so I went to ER in Florida. They diagnosed me with cluster headache and took CT scan for my face an prescribe me fluctisone (nasal spray). My headache got worse and worse and my symptoms were: 1) left side facial pain and headaches 2) left upper gum pain 3)tooth pain 4) left shoulder pain Jan 2015, went to the ER My pain was 20/10 . Blood pressure was high and they give me shot to reduce pain. I did MRI for head, shoulder and ct scan for nose. I did xrays for shoulder and ALOT of xrays for the tooth that have the pain. Everything was normal except thickness in the left maxillary and deprived nose. I asked the ENT and he said that wont cause the symptoms you are having. I went to 2 neurologist, 2 ENT , and 5 dentists Neurlogists prescribe Anti depressants Tregretol And many other medicines. ENT: Nasal spray Endoscopy Therapy: I also did physical therapy for shoulder and took cortisone shot in the left shoulder. I saw chiropractor and 2 orthopedic . One of them recommend physical therapy the other one said if the shot didnt help surgery will be your best bet. (Mumford procedure) Dentists: I did two root canals. So I went to a dentist and he said nothing wrong with your tooth I pulled out wisdom tooth and didn't change a thing so I decided to pull the tooth I have pain in it. The dentist told me it's healthy but I still asked him to remove it. But nothing change. I googled my symptoms and I found many people have the same symptoms but it was unsolved. Some of them said its TN other said its migrain. After 18 months of treatments without getting any improvement. I stopped all of my medicines. Until last month, one of my friends told me about Dr. Troy Burry so I called and schedule an appointment, I did feel better with the third session after he worked on my jaws. And I still sees him twice weekly hopefully I can be pain free. I totally recommends him if you are suffering from a pain.
